I started practicing Nia in the late nineties and was enthralled by the energy it gave me. I was a Masters Swimmer at the time and had two small children and couldn’t figure out why I had no energy. Nia gave me the Body Mind Spirit connectivity to find joy in everyday life. In 2002, I received the White Belt Nia certification. I have since achieved the Black Belt Level in Nia. I delight in sharing Nia with willing movement participants. I also enjoy hiking, yoga, hula hooping, ecstatic dance, and leading international retreats.
